Your budget will dictate the types of homes we will be viewing.

Step 2

Find a house

 We know what you can afford. Now we can setup a search to see what homes fit your needs and budget.

Once you see something you like, we can go ahead and submit an offer. 

Step 3

Submit an offer

To submit an offer we will need to include the contract along with the preapproval letter or proof of funds.


Sellers will not accept an offer without a preapproval letter. 

Step 4


Offer Accepted! Now we need to make sure the house is in good condition.


We will get an inspection done on the property to verify there are no existing issues that can negatively effect the value of the home.

Step 5


The bank that is funding your home purchase will be sending out an appraiser to do an assessment of the property.


They will determine what the value of the home is worth. 

This is to make sure the house you are buying is worth the price you are paying. 

Step 6


Time to sign the final papers, pay the monies due, and get the keys to your new home!
